Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you're PAXLY's first voice to prospective customers. You find the right contacts in mid-market companies, reach out to them and spark interest in our packaging procurement platform – so our sales team can take over with qualified conversations. A role for someone who enjoys talking to people, stays persistent, and wants to grow in sales.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead research – Identify the right companies and decision-makers in packaging procurement
- Outbound outreach – Build first contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualification – Assess needs and find out whether PAXLY is a fit
- Booking meetings – Schedule qualified calls and demos for the sales team
- CRM hygiene – Document contacts and activities cleanly (HubSpot)
- Feedback loop – Bring insights from conversations back to the team
What You Bring
Must-have:
- Native-level German – working and customer language is German
- Strong communication and genuine enjoyment of talking to strangers
- Persistence and self-organization – you stay on it, even after the third no
- Reliability and eagerness to learn in sales
- Confident with digital tools
Nice-to-have:
- First experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or promotion
- Interest in B2B SaaS or purchasing / procurement
- English skills
