Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you're PAXLY's first voice to prospective customers. You find the right contacts in mid-market companies, reach out to them and spark interest in our packaging procurement platform – so our sales team can take over with qualified conversations. A role for someone who enjoys talking to people, stays persistent, and wants to grow in sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead research – Identify the right companies and decision-makers in packaging procurement
  • Outbound outreach – Build first contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualification – Assess needs and find out whether PAXLY is a fit
  • Booking meetings – Schedule qualified calls and demos for the sales team
  • CRM hygiene – Document contacts and activities cleanly (HubSpot)
  • Feedback loop – Bring insights from conversations back to the team

What You Bring

Must-have:

  • Native-level German – working and customer language is German
  • Strong communication and genuine enjoyment of talking to strangers
  • Persistence and self-organization – you stay on it, even after the third no
  • Reliability and eagerness to learn in sales
  • Confident with digital tools

Nice-to-have:

  • First experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or promotion
  • Interest in B2B SaaS or purchasing / procurement
  • English skills
